This is one we have been doing for years and kids love it!
All you need is 1 packet of jelly crystals and a 375ml can of evaporated milk.
Dissolve the jelly in a cup of boiling water
Let it cool and then add the evap. milk.
Whisk until fluffy
Put mixture back in the fridge until it has finished setting
Double or triple the recipe for parties etc. and make different colours
