Coconut Chilli Rice

Just for something different - try it! it's nice.

You will need:

1 cup uncooked rice
a 375ml can of coconut cream
1 chopped chilli (or a very small pinch of chilli flakes)

Cook the rice in the coconut cream (you don't need extra water)
mix in the chilli early on and let simmer until all liquid is absorbed.

Experiment with different complimentary dishes
